Social and Community Participation
Social, Economic, and Community Participation is a funded support category that may be included in your NDIS plan under Core Supports.
This funding covers the support NDIS participants need to achieve goals related to participating in community, social, or recreational activities, as well as in study or work. These supports aim to build skills, reduce the risk of social isolation, and improve overall health and wellbeing.
In-Home Support
In-home support provides assistance with daily living tasks, allowing you to maintain your independence at home. This includes:

This includes developing nutrition knowledge, assistance with shopping, planning, and preparing healthy meals, as well as fostering healthy habits around exercise and staying active.

Travel & Transport NDIS Support Services
Jupzo disability servicers offers a range of Travel and Transport Support Services. These include assistance provided for participants who may have challenges accessing public transportation or travelling independently. This may include support with planning and arranging transportation routes, accompaniment during travel, and assistance with boarding and exiting transportation.
The goal of these services is to help individuals with disabilities to have greater access to the community and to be able to participate in activities, education, and employment.

Development of Daily Living and Life Skills, Support Services

Support Coordination
Our dedicated team of Support Coordinators is here to help you navigate your NDIS Plan. We understand that you may have many questions that leave you feeling frustrated and confused, so we’re here to support you every step of the way.
A Support Coordinator will arrange service agreements and service bookings with your providers. They will help you develop your ability to exercise choice and control, coordinate supports, and engage with your local community. Additionally, they can assist you in planning ahead for your next plan review and help you optimize your plan, ensuring you make the most of your funded supports.
Support Coordination is a funded support within your NDIS Plan under the Capacity Building category, designed to connect you to community, mainstream, and other government services.
